ABOUT ME
Nesve Yayalar, M.S.
My therapy program, Great Anatomy exercise and massage therapy begins with a thorough posture and alignment assessment and functional movement testing. Based on the initial assessment, I design a specific therapy program to correct postural issues and misalignment and reduce chronic pain. The program includes myofascial therapy to reduce soft tissue restrictions and to improve joint movements. My goal is to create a unique exercise therapy program, which suits each individual’s physical issues, needs and concerns. Individual's commitment to his or her daily exercise menu is a key to success with the postural therapy. I make each exercise and therapy session is unique, relaxing, and beneficial. My philosophy is an active lifestyle should be part of everyone’s everyday life, to move happily and pain free, and live healthy.
I live in Irvine with my husband and my three sons. Learning about fitness, wellness and nutrition has been always my special interest. I keep myself current with new research and products on fitness and wellness industry by attending international conferences (IDEA, ACSM, AMTA, Egoscue), workshops, and various training, as well as reading current research publications. I enjoy serving my community and the families through teaching fitness/wellness classes for all ages.
