Welcome to Great Anatomy, Inc.!
I’m Nesve Yayalar, founder of Great Anatomy, Inc., and a board-certified Massage Therapist, Neurokinetic Therapist, Posture & Alignment Therapist, and Personal Trainer. I specialize in medical massage, myofascial release, and Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) to help clients move better, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
I work with people experiencing chronic pain, postural imbalances, movement issues, sports injuries, or medical conditions like Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Myositis, and EDS. I also support women during and after pregnancy, seniors looking to maintain strength and mobility, and teens correcting postural dysfunctions such as scoliosis.
At Great Anatomy, I combine neurokinetic therapy protocol, posture/alignment exercises, and myofascial release with personalized assessments to identify muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns. Your program is tailored to restore function, improve alignment, and promote lasting wellness.

I use a combination of massage and manual therapy modalities during my treatments, mainly Myofascial Therapy (MFT), Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Myofascial Cupping, Clinical Massage and Therapeutic Massage.
